All custom rod orders require full payment prior to production. Due to the personalized nature of each build, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun. Estimated build times may vary based on materials and order volume, and Barrington Custom Rods is not responsible for delays outside of our control. Each rod is carefully crafted and inspected.
Warranty: Barrington Custom Rods offers a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to repair or replace the rod at our discretion.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all specifications discussed and approved prior to the build process, as well as these terms and the warranty.
